About the Opportunity

The Senior Business Manager supports the GVP of Product Delivery and Innovation by acting as a trusted advisor and operational partner. This role connects different parts of the organization, surfaces insights and trends, and ensures effective execution of strategic initiatives. It plays a key role in shaping leadership messaging, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining operational excellence within the product delivery and innovation function.

Responsibilities

• Advise the GVP with data-driven insights and operational guidance to support strategy and execution.
• Lead complex, high-priority initiatives from start to finish, providing analysis and clear recommendations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements aligned with the organization's vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Communications, and other partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage the organization’s operating rhythm, including performance updates, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.
• Enhance leadership team effectiveness through meeting content development, off-sites, and decision forums.
• Prepare strategic documents, briefings, and presentations for leadership forums.
• Plan and facilitate leadership team meetings, ensuring agendas, discussions, and follow-up are effective.
• Manage engagement across teams and partners, ensuring appropriate connections.
• Cookordinate discussions and align stakeholders for executive reviews.
• Shape executive and organizational communications for clarity and consistency.
• Manage executive inquiries and communication strategies on priority initiatives.
• Act as the GVP’s proxy in internal meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Foster collaboration and a high-performance culture within the product delivery and innovation teams.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience working with or within product engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• High ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Passion for enterprise software, especially AI, with understanding of SaaS business models.
• Awareness of international business cultures and stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders, ideally in a Chief of Staff role within fast-paced global technology or SaaS organizations.
• Discretion and sound judgment handling sensitive information.
• Proactive anticipation of leadership needs.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
