Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial and securities litigation matters
- Handle shareholder disputes, white collar matters and internal investigations
- Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs
- Manage key aspects of litigation strategy and case development
- Oversee and mentor junior associates and litigation team members
- Conduct factual investigations, discovery and deposition preparation
- Support trial preparation and high-stakes litigation proceedings
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of complex litigation experience
- Experience at a comparable law firm preferred
- Strong motions practice and legal writing skills
- Experience managing projects and overseeing junior associates
- Excellent academic credentials from a recognised law school
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
Compensation
Salary Range: $365,000 – $420,000 (DOE)
