Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop joined forces to form a new parent company, Tebra. In this role, you’ll be focused on helping to grow our [practice growth solutions from our PatientPop brand / practice operations solutions from our Kareo brand] and will be a valued member of Team Tebra as we work together to integrate our solutions to create better experiences for our customers and their patients, and to shape the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth
• Identify and address customer needs to enhance product usage and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare technology and familiarity with healthcare industry terminology is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is beneficial
