We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. About The Role This role is designed for a hands-on Business Intelligence Developer who wants to own production Power BI delivery, build scalable semantic models, write advanced DAX and SQL, and modernize analytics solutions in a Microsoft Fabric environment. As the primary owner of production business intelligence implementation within the Business Analytics team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Power BI solutions that transform business requirements into reliable analytics products. You'll help increase delivery capacity, reduce technical debt, and modernize the organization's analytics environment through reusable semantic models, governed measures, and reliable reporting practices. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and dimensional modeling, along with the ability to work across reporting, data modeling, and analytics engineering. Key Responsibilities Production BI Development Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and related analytics solutionsTranslate business requirements, approved designs, and acceptance criteria into scalable, production-ready solutionsDevelop advanced DAX, Power Query transformations, security models, and reusable calculation logicRecommend improvements to architecture and design when better technical approaches exist Semantic Modeling & Architecture Design and modernize dimensional semantic models with reusable facts, dimensions, governed measures, and business-friendly metadataPromote shared semantic models and reusable data products to support multiple reporting and analytics use casesPartner with analytics and engineering teams on data integration, transformation, data quality, and performance optimization Delivery & Production Support Deliver enhancements, defect resolution, new analytics products, and technical debt remediation from the development backlogTroubleshoot and resolve data, security, refresh, performance, and reporting issuesEstablish and maintain testing, reconciliation, deployment, release, and rollback practices to ensure reliable delivery Collaboration & Documentation Partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to balance user needs, technical requirements, and scalable solution designDocument data lineage, calculations, security, dependencies, support procedures, and release notesPerform technical peer reviews and help develop reusable standards, patterns, and best practices Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of business intelligence development experience with substantial Power BI production ownershipAdvanced expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, dimensional modeling, and semantic model designExperience designing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production reports, dashboards, and semantic modelsExperience troubleshooting performance, data quality, security, and deployment issuesExperience modernizing legacy BI solutions and building scalable, reusable data models that support multiple reports and audiencesAbility to deliver high-quality solutions while partnering effectively with product, design, analytics engineering, and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including warehouses, lakehouses, pipelines, Direct Lake, SQL analytics endpoints, and deployment pipelinesExperience with Git, CI/CD practices, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, or semantic model automationFamiliarity with Power BI development lifecycle management, source control, and release management best practicesExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, finance, or another regulated industryMicrosoft Power BI, Fabric, or related Microsoft data platform certification Benefits Compensation and Benefits 75% employer covered Health, Dental & Vision benefits plan401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibility8 paid holidays15 PTO days accrued annuallyProfessional and career development opportunitiesCompensation evaluated with opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time, M-F (hybrid options available) Location: Mountlake Terrace, Wa Salary: $100,000-120,000k per year We are an equal opportunity employer with a progressive workplace based on teamwork, integrity, and customer service.
