Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Analytics, or related data-focused roles.
• Advanced expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, visualization best practices, performance tuning, and executive reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in data modeling, query optimization, and scalable dataset design.
• Experience developing self-service analytics solutions and governed reporting environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis, modeling, validation, and business insights.
• Knowledge of data governance, access controls, security frameworks, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and translate strategic requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
