Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Campaign Delivery
About the role

Responsibilities
- Manages marketing communications for TD Bank, working closely with multiple stakeholder groups, including DDTS (Data-Driven Targeting Strategy), MarTech, and marketing planners.
- Responsible for timely and accurate campaign execution and management of overall marketing execution strategy.
- Ensures campaign accuracy through data validation, audit reviews, and quality control processes.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves defects while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Enforces QA standards, governance requirements, and deployment readiness controls.
- Experience leading quality assurance, testing, or campaign operations functions.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management, audience targeting, and campaign execution workflows.
- Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience working within Tableau reporting.
- Experience working within SFMC & Unica Campaign Tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science).
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Higher degree education and research tenure can be counted.
