About the Opportunity

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role is central to advancing the vision of HR Service and Digital Experience by delivering actionable insights through data analysis. This position is responsible for managing critical reporting, ensuring data quality, and translating complex operational data into clear information for senior leadership. The role supports decision-making that enhances the experience of core leaders and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights to simplify and improve experiences for leaders and caregivers.
• Own and maintain critical reporting functions.
• Ensure data integrity across relevant systems.
• Translate complex operational and contractual data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related consultative roles.
• At least 4 years experience leading complex projects and demonstrating thought leadership.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 2 years experience with modern visualization and analysis tools or coding languages such as Power BI, Visier, R, or Python.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in a multi-site healthcare or business environment.
• Preferred: 2 years experience educating others on data analytical techniques.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary ranges vary by location, with examples including Anchorage, AK ($48.27 to $76.22 per hour), Northern California ($56.46 to $89.13 per hour), and other regions as specified. Placement within the wage range depends on relevant job experience and other factors. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
