Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and enhance reports and dashboards across the enterprise.
• Apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and experience and knowledge of best practices to develop and coach Analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.).
• Strong data visualization skills within Power BI (or other data visualization suite).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices.
• Good understanding of BI concepts (e.g. data governance, data lineage tools, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation (ELT/ETL), and data analysis).
• Experience working on high performing Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack – or combination of relevant technologies.
• Good understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred).
