Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Cycle Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal part in transforming complex data into actionable insights. The Senior Revenue Cycle BI Analyst reports to the Director of Enterprise Revenue Cycle Analytics at Healthrise and collaborates with revenue cycle leadership. This role requires expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and data analysis. Data is routinely sourced out of the Epic environment for this role, so an Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification is required.

Requirements

• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification
• Power BI Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
• Strong understanding of the principles of good data visualization and dashboard design
• At least 3 years of experience developing, publishing, and maintaining production-level Power BI dashboards

Skills

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Epic clarity writers, client IT teams, data architects, business analysts, and end users
• Engage in extensive requirement-gathering sessions to fully understand operational needs, translating them into clear data strategies and meaningful solutions aligned with revenue and business objectives
• Continuous exploration and recommendation enhancements to BI solutions, working closely with team leads and management to drive workflow innovation and optimize analytics capabilities

Benefits

The role offers a salary range of $95K - $125K, remote work up to 15% travel to HQ and/or client site for project and corporate-specific initiatives.
