Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all BI solutions.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, concise visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
• Optimize existing BI processes and implement best practices for data visualization and reporting.
• Support data integration from various sources to enrich reporting capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Work closely with business users to understand their analytical requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor BI performance and troubleshoot any issues related to data or reporting tools.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure reliable outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest PowerBI features and industry trends to enhance BI practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI tools and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline data flows and reporting pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
