About the role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will own Power BI reporting and analytics for Fusable's Digital business, including client-facing intelligence products, campaign pacing, and audience and contact data insights. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for building clear, usable, visually strong reporting grounded in a deep understanding of the underlying data. You will support reporting best practices and consistency within the Digital organization, working alongside IT and Data Engineering, who own platform architecture and data governance at the company level.

Core scope includes internal operational reporting and campaign pacing, ownership of a client-facing intelligence platform currently in transition from an outside development partner, contact data health monitoring for Digital's audience and client base, and the data delivery pipeline connecting Digital's internal and third-party data sources. Reports directly to the SVP, Audience and Media.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and build of Power BI reports and dashboards for Digital's internal staff and client-facing stakeholder audiences, emphasizing visual clarity, usability, and interactivity.
  • Translate complex underlying data structures and relationships into intuitive layouts and navigation for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build report-level DAX measures, calculations, and reusable reporting assets for the Digital business.
  • Partner with IT and Data Engineering to ensure Digital's dashboards are built on trusted, well-understood data foundations while owning reporting-layer business logic and visualization strategy.
  • Take ownership of a client-facing reporting platform currently maintained by an outside development partner, transitioning development in-house and building a market and dealer intelligence layer using proprietary company data.
  • Support automated alerting products that connect digital campaign activity to downstream business outcomes.
  • Own internal Power BI dashboards and automated alerts covering account performance, revenue, and campaign pacing for Digital leadership and account management teams.
  • Build fiscal calendar-based budget tracking and spend allocation logic for flighted, intra-month campaigns.
  • Migrate legacy pacing views into Power BI as automated alerts, including flags for active campaigns without budget and inactive campaigns with budget.
  • Monitor the health and hygiene of contact records relevant to Digital's audience and client base, flagging incomplete, duplicate, or degraded records.
  • Develop and maintain a framework for identifying and scoring the company's most valuable audience segments based on engagement, fit, and conversion signals.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound data flows across Digital's core reporting and paid media systems, flagging sync failures, dropped identifiers, or match rate degradation.
  • Establish baseline monitoring and alerting for data flows where none currently exists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Digital business reporting, dashboard adoption, and analytics requirements.
  • Partner with IT and Data Engineering to ensure Digital's reporting is supported by proprietary data assets.
  • Maintain alignment with the Director, CRM and Identity and Audience Development teams to ensure reporting reflects shared audience and identity goals without duplication of scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development, ideally in media, AdTech, MarTech, or data services.
  • Advanced Microsoft Fabric / Power BI report and dashboard development: strong visual design and UX sensibility, report-level DAX, and interactive/navigational features.
  • Deep working knowledge of underlying data structures, relationships, and data types; able to work fluently with data built by IT or data engineering.
  • Proven track record for building Power BI reporting at scale across multiple stakeholder groups, including both internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Experience building or maintaining campaign pacing and budget alerting logic for paid media services.
  • Comfortable taking over and improving a reporting platform originally built by an outside vendor or agency without needing a full rebuild.
  • Working T-SQL proficiency across cloud data warehouses (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, OneLake).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with SSO, embedded BI security models, and report-level authorization/access management (RLS, RBAC) as they apply to Power BI reporting.
  • Experience with CRM reporting and data structures (Salesforce Sales Cloud objects).
  • Familiarity with data pipeline monitoring concepts and identity resolution or match rate fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics (GA4) and paid media platforms (Meta, Google, StackAdapt, Simplifi).
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings, Digital analytics initiatives, reporting enhancements, and priorities to senior leadership, non-technical stakeholders, and clients.
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team and serving as a senior subject matter expert and mentor for reporting practices within the Digital organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Fabric / Power BI certification.
  • MySQL database experience.
  • Experience with market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, or industry data products.
  • Experience across multiple paid media platforms.
  • Comfortable working with third-party external data connectors and unified data models.
  • B2B media or data company experience.
  • Experience working alongside or in coordination with a CRM, identity, or data engineering function on shared reporting outcomes.

  • Paid time off and 13 paid company holiday observances.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Flexible work schedules and remote work opportunities.
