Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - NCR position is contingent upon contract award. Everforth ECS is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and its related divisions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the transformation of healthcare systems and large data platforms within the defense sector.
• Enhances operational efficiency and improves patient outcomes through the analysis and reporting of healthcare data.
• Works closely with clients to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to optimize military healthcare programs.
• Delivers comprehensive program management and advanced analytics services to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives.
• Utilizes tools like SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of DoD work experience.
• 8-12+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence.
• Advance knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets.
• Statistical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Azure Data Analyst, AWS Data Analytics, or the equivalent.
