In this hybrid role based at our Chicago headquarters, you'll help shape how leaders across Alliant use data to make smarter decisions, uncover opportunities, and improve member outcomes. As a strategic analytics partner, you'll combine technical expertise with business insight to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive results across the organization.Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll leverage data to identify trends, measure performance, size opportunities, and develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that tell a meaningful story.
