Senior, Business Integration Merchandising - APLA
Who You’ll Work With
This role reports to the APLA Merchandising Business Integration Director and partners across Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Nike Direct, Finance, Technology, and Global Business Integration teams. You will work at the intersection of process, execution, and change management—connecting Geo and Territory stakeholders to ensure business processes are clear, scalable, and enable seamless seasonal execution. This role acts as a key connector across Sport Merch, helping teams align on new ways of working, enterprise initiatives, and operational improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Business Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, merchandising, program management, consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, change management, or business transformation initiatives
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills
- Experience building and implementing scalable business processes and operational frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Knowledge of merchandising processes and seasonal business operations preferred
- Willing to work in Beaverton, Oregon
What You’ll Work On
You will lead initiatives that improve how merchandising teams operate, helping create greater speed, simplicity, and clarity across the business. You will connect teams, tools, and processes seasonally to ensure work flows efficiently across seasonal milestones while supporting adoption of new capabilities, and ways of working. Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance merchandising execution and organizational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, eliminate inefficiencies, and reduce operational friction across teams
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and develop future-state processes
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Nike Direct, and/or Global teams to implement new tools, processes, and capabilities
- Drive change management activities, including readiness planning, communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that improve clarity and execution
- Monitor process performance, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support strategic and enterprise initiatives by translating business objectives into practical, scalable solutions and execution plans
