About the Opportunity

The Senior People Business Partner, Product & Marketing role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Product and Marketing teams. This position is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that support business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, and building high-performing teams. The role contributes to the organization's success by enabling leadership to navigate change, foster talent development, and ensure workforce readiness for long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead talent review processes, including succession planning, calibrations, promotions, and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management teams to ensure consistent employee experiences.
• Provide people analytics to leadership, identifying organizational health metrics and offering strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Business Partner to senior leaders, including VP-level, in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of core HR areas such as performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compensation.
• Experience managing full-cycle people programs and using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to support globally distributed teams and navigate regional HR processes.
• Adaptability to operate effectively in ambiguous, changing environments with strong communication skills.
