Senior Business Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for partners, guiding API integration and adoption
• Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions that create value for partners
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues
• Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support for successful implementation
• Represent the partner's technical voice, providing feedback and influencing product priorities
• Support escalations for complex integrations, providing actionable direction to resolve blockers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software development experience with end-to-end technical project ownership
• Hands-on coding expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js)
• Proven experience with external integrations and prototyping in partner environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, and SDK patterns
• Effective communicator with experience presenting technical concepts to various audiences
