About the role
We are looking for hungry individuals with a strong desire to grow and eventually lead a sales team. As a BDR at Strada, you will sit at the front line of our go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities
- Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders responsible for operations, claims, customer service, and digital transformation at major insurance carriers and wholesalers
- Iterate continuously based on what is and is not working
- Present your pipeline progress and hottest leads in the weekly GTM meeting, and contribute to the daily GTM standup so the whole team stays aligned on what is moving
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role at a B2B tech company, with demonstrable outbound results
- Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Strong written communication and personalization skills
- Hungry, self-motivated. Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days per week
Qualifications
- Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or similarly complex regulated industries
- Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tooling

Pay
Compensation Range: $100K - $130K
