About the role

We are looking for hungry individuals with a strong desire to grow and eventually lead a sales team. As a BDR at Strada, you will sit at the front line of our go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders responsible for operations, claims, customer service, and digital transformation at major insurance carriers and wholesalers
  • Iterate continuously based on what is and is not working
  • Present your pipeline progress and hottest leads in the weekly GTM meeting, and contribute to the daily GTM standup so the whole team stays aligned on what is moving

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role at a B2B tech company, with demonstrable outbound results
  • Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Strong written communication and personalization skills
  • Hungry, self-motivated. Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days per week

Qualifications

  • Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or similarly complex regulated industries
  • Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tooling

Pay

Compensation Range: $100K - $130K

Schedule

This position is based in San Francisco, in-office, full time.
