Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required

  • Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable talking to strangers and expert in making the first contact and building valuable relationships
  • Good, positive attitude is a must!
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Solution Selling, SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger etc)
  • Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus

What Your Adventure Will Have in Store

  • Have a direct impact on the team’s success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers
  • Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB
  • Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team
  • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads
  • Contact potential clients through various means of communication
  • Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services
