About the role

This position is responsible for executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. The role supports quality assurance and quality control processes through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues, and recommending control improvements for remediation.

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) is the centralized, independent testing function within GRM focused on operating as an enterprise utility to test processes and controls across the company. EIT’s testing provides business leaders visibility into process and control effectiveness, enabling early risk detection and mitigation of operational risk. As a center of excellence, EIT conducts independent testing globally throughout the year, offering ongoing feedback to monitor and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
  • Execute Quality Control (QC) practices to support business continuity efforts.
  • Identify, document, and escalate defects found during testing, and collaborate with Process Owners and leadership to validate results and advise on remediation plans.
  • Interact with internal and/or external contacts to identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
  • Partner with leaders to understand existing risks and advise on opportunities to mitigate them.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and capture relevant information for inspection metrics to support governance and dashboard reporting.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant work experience.

Schedule

  • 1st shift (United States of America).
  • 40 hours per week.
