Senior Business Consultant (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a strategic partner across business functions, bringing structure and insight to complex initiatives that span operations, technology, finance, HR, and data. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve processes, and translate priorities into actionable plans that support organizational goals. This position also plays a key role in building visibility into project progress and program impact through dashboards, reporting, and clear communication with leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $123,840 – $221,364 annually Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise in project management, finance, HR, IT, or data Collaborate on business strategy and identify strategic opportunities Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value across stakeholders Identify opportunities for synergy and process improvements Develop technology platforms to track project progress and program impact Design dashboards for clear communication across business components Communicate strategies, programs, and next steps to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree 10 years of experience in business development, operational technology support, or consulting MBA or other graduate degree in a business-related field preferred Strong analytical skills utilizing tools like Power BI and Excel Exceptional project management and organizational skills Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k plans Various incentive programs based on performance and tenure Opportunities for professional development and training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
