Senior Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Quality Practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
