Senior Business Consultant

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to gather and analyze business requirements and challenges
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand client processes
• Translate client requirements into implementation plans and solution designs
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific client needs
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet expectations
• Lead or support software implementation and manage project timelines
• Provide technical guidance during go-live and user acceptance testing
• Deliver product training and create training materials for clients
• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns for a positive experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or technical implementation roles, preferably in software or technology
• Strong skills in software configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders
• Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving abilities with a capacity to analyze complex issues

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
