Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CSO compliance monitoring framework, including routine checks on activity execution, documentation, expense records and other key control evidence.
- Provide management-level compliance advice and practical risk-based guidance to Commercial teams, enabling compliant and sustainable CSO operations.
- Own the annual CSO audit programme, including audit planning, scope alignment, fieldwork coordination, findings validation, management reporting and remediation follow-up.
- Assess CSO compliance performance and emerging risks through periodic review, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, and translate insights into actionable control improvements.
- Drive CSO compliance capability building through targeted training, communication and policy reinforcement for internal teams and CSO partners.
- Prepare clear, concise and risk-based updates for management review, including monitoring outcomes, audit findings, remediation status and key risk themes.
Essential Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CSO compliance management, third-party compliance, commercial compliance, internal audit or related risk and control roles, with proven ability to manage priorities independently.
- Solid understanding of CSO operating models, compliance monitoring, audit governance, third-party controls and anti-bribery/anti-corruption requirements in China.
- Strong judgement and analytical capability to identify compliance gaps, assess risk significance, recommend practical remediation and communicate issues with confidence to management and business stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the maturity to challenge constructively, build trust and balance compliance requirements with business operation needs.
