Senior Business and Financial Analyst (REMOTE)

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support program and organizational decision-making, identifying trends, variances, and areas of financial risk or opportunity.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain financial reports for internal leadership and external government stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support the preparation of financial briefings, presentations, and status reports for senior leadership and government clients.
• Cook with relevant teams to ensure financial activities are aligned with program plans and contract requirements.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, working collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
• Aid in the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Education and Experience

• Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
