Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Evaluating business needs to create, test, and implement technical solutions.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle, including defining scope and managing risks.
  • Creating detailed requirements, functional specifications, and data flow analyses.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure IT systems align with business goals.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data visualization tools.

Qualifications & Compensation

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or technology is generally required, with masters preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in a business analyst role, with 5+ years' experience in Insurance Software Domain.
  • Experience and knowledge of US workers' comp regulations

Pay & Benefits

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 – $156,800.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
