Senior Business Analyst Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support data initiatives including Data Market Place (DMP) and Data Quality (DQ). This role will work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, Data Engineers, QA, and development teams to gather requirements, manage Agile delivery, and support the successful implementation of enterprise data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery using SAFe framework
• Backlog management and prioritization
• Data mapping, metadata management, and data governance
• API integration and data quality initiatives
• Coordinate UAT and defect management
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master experience
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and data quality tools
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and API integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DMP, Collibra, SODA, PowerBI, or Data Catalog
• Enterprise Data Platform experience

Pay

The salary range for this position across all US locations is $MINIMUM – $MAXIMUM. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses, sales incentive pay, or other forms of variable compensation.
