Senior Business Analyst | SAP VP1 Transformation

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for transformation initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Guide teams and communicate project status to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience
• Preferred fields of study include Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Business Analysis or PMP certification preferred
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
• Experience with SAP or business transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay

$130,000 – $194,950 annually
