About the role

Join a long-term Medicaid modernization program where you’ll influence enterprise strategy, improve critical healthcare processes, and work with senior stakeholders on meaningful transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong business architecture and analysis capabilities with meaningful public-sector healthcare, Medicaid, CMS, or MITA domain experience.

  • Evaluate business problems holistically and identify root causes rather than simply documenting requirements.
  • Determine whether challenges are best addressed through technology, business process, organizational change, governance, or a combination of approaches.
  • Develop current-state and future-state business models, capabilities, processes, and roadmaps.
  • Define strategies, principles, and standards that guide business architecture across an enterprise.
  • Support the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework and State Self-Assessment activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, bringing stakeholders with competing priorities toward clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Translate federal and state healthcare policy changes into impacts across business capabilities, systems, requirements, testing, and supporting evidence.
  • Support CMS certification readiness, governance, compliance, and ongoing
