Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead

This role sits within the Consumer Home Energy Customer Success Organization, where you will analyze business opportunities and support strategic initiatives. You will lead small- to medium-sized cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer retention and improving operational effectiveness. Collaboration with various teams is essential as you drive workstreams from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment and effective execution. Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional projects that enhance customer retention and improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyze business opportunities and support strategic initiatives to drive business performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and actionable solutions.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, process improvement, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in root cause and trend analysis.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and managing competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
