Senior Business Analyst (ITS) - Procurement

For a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (ITS) – Procurement to manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. This role partners with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and processes that support scalable execution within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of the company applications' functionality
• Develop Human Centered Design processes for sustainable solutions
• Deliver design solutions addressing customer needs and expectations
• Create high-quality project analysis documentation
• Facilitate collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices
• Support continuous improvement efforts across ITS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven record in delivering end-to-end, user-centered products
• Experience in requirement-gathering interviews
• Proven ability to utilize analytics tools for product outcomes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies, and basic programming concepts

Pay

$124,202 – $140,000 annually
