Senior Analyst, IT Procurement

About the role

Zocdoc is a mission-driven organization dedicated to building teams as diverse as the patients and providers we aim to serve. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Procurement to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors.
• Drive contract renewals and ensure timely execution with favorable terms.
• Oversee onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards.
• Collect, maintain, and organize procurement documentation.
• Support IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement policies, processes, and vendor engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or SaaS focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort working independently in a contractor capacity while aligning to team objectives.

Pay

Remote Base Salary Range $71,600—$108,300 USD
