The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support ETRM-related projects. ### Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Work on **ETRM processes and operations**. Analyze business data using **SQL**. Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation. Work closely with development, QA, and business teams. Identify process improvements and provide business solutions. Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production activities. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare reports and dashboards as required. ### Experience 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with **ETRM, SQL, and Operations**. Experience working with business and technical stakeholders. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
