Responsibilities
- Partnering with network and infrastructure teams to assess connectivity strategies, traffic patterns, and interconnection performance across global datacenter environments.
- Evaluating capacity utilization and growth trends to support future network expansion and infrastructure planning efforts.
- Reviewing carrier, transport, and connectivity services to identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
- Leading cross-functional infrastructure projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Developing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility into network performance, utilization, and operational metrics.
- Performing financial analysis to support infrastructure investment decisions, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Program Management, or Infrastructure Project Delivery within datacenter, telecommunications, cloud, or network-focused environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, peering, transport technologies, interconnection services, and large-scale datacenter environments, including familiarity with technologies such as BGP, MPLS, and optical networking solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar tools to support operational reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences and collaborate effectively with telecom carriers, service providers, and infrastructure vendors.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Pay
Salary range: $140,000 - $155,000
Schedule
This contract position is fully remote and should be in Eastern Standard Time.
