Senior Business Analyst (California)

About the role

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA, a global leader in computer graphics and accelerated computing. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the World Wide (WW) Sales Analytics team at NVIDIA.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and self-service analytical and visualization solutions to support team projects.
• This includes data gathering and analysis, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.
• Collaborate with IT or other teams to design data models and implement data pipelines to automate manual solutions.
• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain and document the reporting logic and business requirements, diagnose data-related bugs, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the business with ad hoc reporting and help automate the business review and analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to build solutions that support business users and enhance business intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with BI analytics or reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL.
• Working experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
• Detailed orientated, highly analytical, and focused on quality and accuracy of work.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to solve business problems, including automating repetitive analytical tasks, accelerating insight generation, and improving decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively collaborating and communicating complex technical concepts to a broad variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced modeling experience.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance business intelligence, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $65/hr to $95/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc., and provide full benefits, PTO, and an amazing company culture!
