Duties

  • Access and organize raw data feeds; develop queries and macros to streamline data processing workflows.
  • Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI to support business intelligence.
  • Create reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create status-at-a-glance visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, proactively resolving data discrepancies with a customer-centric approach.
  • Monitor existing metrics and develop new ones to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by aligning strategy across teams and fostering operational cohesion.
  • Identify and execute cost-efficiency opportunities across the organization through data-driven analysis.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and conduct root cause analysis to resolve metrics-based issues and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business, operations, and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Translate business needs into structured documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Support full project lifecycle activities including solution design, UAT planning, testing, implementation, and post-deployment review.
  • Provide post-go-live support, change management, and production issue resolution to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Define and document business requirements, system specifications, and enhancement proposals for internal and third-party systems.
  • Coordinate with ERP, QA, and third-party providers to develop, test, and implement system fixes and enhancements.
  • Track and resolve production issues, provide regular status updates, and perform root cause analysis to recommend long-term solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes including SAP and Snowflake.
  • Align Snowflake’s capabilities with business and technical needs to maximize value delivery.
  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives and special projects to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution to successfully implement strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a closely related field, and 2 years of progressive experience in business analysis, including business requirements gathering, planning, and monitoring data-driven initiatives.
  • Experience must include at least 2 years in the following areas: Working within automotive or manufacturing domains SAP HANA, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and CRM platforms Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and requirements management Stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and expectation alignment. Delivering business value through effective data analysis Process optimization and Business process reengineering

Telework

May be authorized for full-time or part-time telecommuting with authorization from manager and H.R.

Travel

Up to 5% domestic travel to client sites for short- or long-term assignments

Pay

BASE SALARY RANGE: $105,810.00 to $120,231.00/year. Regional salary adjustments for CA, CO, NY and WA states are base + 20% - 30%.
