Responsibilities
- Assess, validate, and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure UAT activities align with the agreed TOM, supporting project and IT teams in issue resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of key processes to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain standardized TOM templates to assess and manage variances from the operating model.
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across RiverStone International’s operational entities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Support the creation and maintenance of an end-to-end view of the Group operating model and key value streams.
- Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
- Maintain a central repository of process documentation to support transparency and business transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members and promote adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sr. Process Analyst within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance business operations, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Microsoft Visio).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) to extract, interpret, and present insights.
- Proven experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and end-to-end processes.
- Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve process issues.
- Experience leading workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, generate insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and build consensus across diverse groups.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and project coordination skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work on-site in the Beverly, MA office at least three days per week.
