About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technical staff in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and system requirements. This role supports large-scale development projects and enhancements for critical public safety and legal applications. The ideal candidate is a Waterfall methodology expert who excels at creating deep-dive documentation and translating complex legislation and business rules into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full SDLC experience with a heavy emphasis on Waterfall methodology (Agile experience is a plus).
• 7+ years of writing formal Use Cases and comprehensive Requirement Documents.
• 7+ years of developing complex Business and Functional requirements.
• 7+ years of Business Process Re-engineering and workflow mapping.
• 3+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps (highly desired).
• 3+ years of experience in Business Change Management (highly desired).
