Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leading media & entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Document business requirements
• Develop user stories and use cases
• Create functional specifications
• Define acceptance criteria
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions and decision making
• Communicate risks, impacts, and recommendations
• Work effectively in highly matrixed organizations
• Analyze current-state processes
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Recommend future-state solutions
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams
• Drive operational improvements
• Support software development initiatives
• Participate in Agile delivery
• Assist with planning and prioritization
• Support testing and implementation
• Partner with Project Managers and Product Managers
• Process documentation
• User impact communications
• Analyze data and business processes
• Evaluate solution options
• Support business decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience
• Experience in an enterprise technology environment
• Cross-functional project experience
• Experience in large matrixed organizations
• Experience with technology-enabled business transformation
• Agile, Scrum, and SDLC knowledge
• Business Analysis lifecycle experience
• Change management exposure
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Schedule

Hybrid role based in Orlando, FL with a duration of 6 to 12 months.

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
