Senior Business Analyst

A leading healthcare company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The Role Identify opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and manage improvement efforts across IT Delivery Operations. Lead process and financial analysis activities, working with business and technical subject matter experts. Monitor spend and set up efficient processes for building transparency to variance across portfolios and budgets. Drive process development and improved workflow efforts, focusing on continual process improvement. Lead large, complex meetings, managing political situations, and guiding acceptance testing of new reports and models. Utilize and lead others in multiple methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) for enterprise-wide work efforts. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration. Ability to perform analysis of medium-scale business efforts, including discovering current states, understanding strategic goals, and designing future states. Experience with business modeling processes through process mapping, use cases, gap analysis, and SWOT. Strong testing documentation through test cases and test plans skills.
