Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

V2X is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Troy, MI team. This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional collaboration skills, and a high‑touch client service mindset. Success in this position demands solid project management capability and a working understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external clients to capture business needs and identify opportunities
• Serve as the interface between system analysts and customer administrative users
• Identify and assess solution options for technical and business fit
• Co-lead governance process and discussions
• Develop test plans and coordinate/execution of system testing
• Oversee development of ad hoc reports
• Manage and perform system administration activities
• Develop user manuals and system support documentation
• Provide training across system user roles
• Support ongoing maintenance of existing systems
• Contribute to business growth and contract renewals

Qualifications

• 10 years as a Business Analyst
• 6 years working with Learning Management Systems/LXP
• 2 years with ServiceNow
• Extensive experience in Automotive Retail
• Strong understanding of web‑based application development, databases, browsers, and client/server architectures
• Requirements gathering & configuration support in ServiceNow modules: Asset, Knowledge, Request, Incident Management
• Advanced Microsoft Office expertise
• Working knowledge of systems engineering, web development, and database structures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within team environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with multiple commercial LMS platforms
