Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a team rebuilding the PIM (Product Information Management) system for a prominent client. Strong PIM experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings with the Compass UI Team
- Analyze business requests and deliver comprehensive user stories
- Collaborate with the UX designer and the Product Manager of Macy’s team to gather complete and clear requirements
- Conduct refinement sessions with the Compass UI Team to explain written user stories
- Write documentation aligned with business requirements
- Weekly alignment with the tech lead to ensure backend requirements are updated
Requirements
- Hands-on PIM experience (mandatory)
- Experience working with CRM tools for marketing technology or operational email platforms
- Experience working with GCP
- Efficient and strong requirement elicitation
- Strong desire to learn, problem-solving skills, and ability to make sophisticated trade-offs
- Excellent program management skills, including structuring programs and managing multiple interdependent work streams
- Ability to work across teams to enforce process and drive efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
- Strong ability to manage priorities, write user stories, think critically, and facilitate discussions
- Basic technical understanding (systems flow) and documentation structure skills
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including leading metrics-driven projects
- Experience working on Agile projects and participating in Scrum execution
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
