Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong IAM/PAM or cybersecurity experience to support a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program. The role focuses on understanding current processes, identifying gaps, assessing privileged accounts, and developing an implementation-ready roadmap and Statement of Work (SoW).

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and assessment of privileged accounts and access processes.
• Map current-state IAM/PAM processes, workflows, and controls.
• Assess applications/accounts for PAM onboarding feasibility and readiness.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops with Security, Infrastructure, DBA, SOC, and Audit teams.
• Identify process, technology, and control gaps.
• Support assessment of CyberArk PSM readiness.
• Document findings, requirements, process flows, and recommendations.
• Develop a PAM implementation roadmap based on discovery findings.
• Help create an implementation-ready Statement of Work (SoW).
• Track requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business and implementation requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM processes and controls.
• Understanding of ITIL, Lean, or process engineering methodologies.
• Previous experience supporting cybersecurity or technology consulting engagements.
