Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the product’s value by owning the scope and ensuring end-to-end delivery within your squad. You will act as the functional backbone between business stakeholders and technical teams, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that outcomes align with client goals and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Translate client needs into detailed documentation, user stories, and process flows
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure product features deliver maximum value, aligned with the overall business roadmap
• Analyze trends and feedback to continuously improve product capabilities
• Engage with corporate clients to understand operational pain points and help craft solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Transaction or Corporate Banking
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Supply Chain Finance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive discussions with both business and technical teams
