Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional product, architecture, and UX teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into end-to-end omnichannel solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and behavior-driven development (BDD) workflows to ensure seamless technical delivery and absolute requirement traceability.
• Optimize delivery workflows by leveraging approved AI tools and structured prompt engineering to accelerate technical documentation and backlog grooming.
• Analyze delivery KPIs and system change impacts to provide data-driven proposals that mitigate deployment risks and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise-level agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Figma, and BDD practices, with a proven ability to translate design concepts into clear technical specifications.
• Proven track record of utilizing structured AI prompting (JSON/tables) and data analytics to significantly improve operational throughput.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with exceptional communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
