Senior Business Analyst
Automation & AI Initiative Development
Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, mitigate compliance risk, or increase operational efficiency through automation and AI.
Collaborate with firm leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope for automation and AI initiatives.
Research, evaluate, and recommend third-party AI platforms and tools that align with firm objectives and industry requirements.
Partner with developers and the Director of AI to design both functional and technical solutions for automation workflows and new processes.
Project Management
Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects spanning automation, AI, and IT back-office operations (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, system migrations)
Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful, on-time project delivery
Maintain project documentation including requirements, process flows, test plans, and post-implementation reviews.
Business Analysis
Conduct current-state analysis of existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and process gaps
Document business requirements and user stories to guide technical development
Serve as the liaison between firm stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and compliance requirements
Analyze and present ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or related legal services industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of foreclosure workflows, timelines, and applicable federal and state compliance requirements
- Proven track record in process improvement, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing measurable solutions
- Experience working with or managing projects involving IT systems such as case management platforms, CRM, accounting systems, or SQL-based databases
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Solid understanding of IT concepts including networking fundamentals, relational databases, enterprise applications, and software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath
- Exposure to AI tools, large language models, or AI-driven workflow automation
- Experience with SQL querying or database reporting
- PMP, CBAP, or equivalent professional certification
- Prior experience collaborating with software developers or IT project teams

Qualifications
