Responsibilities
- Provide senior SME support for resource planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Review allocations aligning with operational priorities.
- Maintain financial data in Army standard systems.
- Aid in resolving resource management issues.
- Prepare budget reports and briefings.
- Support oversight agency submissions.
- Handle resource allocation and financial tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with GFEBS.
- Completed Fiscal Law and PPBE courses or willing to complete within 120 days.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of DoD financial management experience within the Intelligence Community.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with senior military officials and staff.
