Senior Brokerage Operations Analyst - NY

Support Activities

• Support Trust account openings and Early Lockup support
• Temp staffing of dedicated support center
• Private share lending - On platform and AAA support
• Daily Responsibilities
• Supporting Executive Financial Services home office team and operations
• Answering client questions and assisting with EFS transactions
• Liaising with capital markets and stock lending team on outstanding settlements
• Providing support to 10b5-1 team as needed
• Providing support to Client and Stock plan teams as needed for IPO clients
• Managing manual processes associated with opening and monitoring trust account activities
• Managing manual processes associated with private share lending related to current stock plan employees

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow MS procedures
• Interface with clients as needed

Qualifications

• Series 7 preferred in at least one of the four positions

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
