Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer to support the design and delivery of bridge engineering projects. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with strong bridge engineering experience who can independently manage technical assignments, coordinate project resources, and provide guidance to less experienced engineers. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering work for bridge and transportation projects. Perform bridge engineering design, calculations, analysis, and technical documentation. Review surveys, maps, drawings, aerial photography, and other technical information to support project design. Develop construction cost estimates, plans, specifications, and engineering documents. Prepare contract plans, specifications, estimates, and construction advertisement packages. Design projects using discipline-specific engineering software and applicable design standards. Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal engineering disciplines. Manage technical resources and support project delivery, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Develop extra-work requests and open-end contract task proposals. Participate in client meetings and support proposal development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members. Maintain effective communication and help ensure projects meet established deadlines and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited engineering program. 10+ years of bridge engineering experience. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with bridge engineering design and project delivery. Proficiency with discipline-specific engineering design software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and coordinate multiple project activities. Preferred Qualifications PennDOT project experience strongly preferred. Experience working with county and state transportation clients. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and subconsultants. Experience preparing proposals, estimates, and construction documents. Work Schedule Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days remote (Wednesday and Friday). The position is approximately 95% office-based, with occasional field work and project-related travel. Field assignments may involve varying weather conditions and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
