Senior Brand Strategist

About the role

This role will shape and evolve brand architecture across a complex portfolio of products and services, ensuring the brand system is clear, cohesive, and aligned to business goals. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams to translate positioning into a consistent customer experience. The role also includes using customer and market insights to inform brand decisions and guide how the organization brings new ideas to market.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand architecture and strategy across the product portfolio
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints
• Lead a brand intelligence function to integrate real-time customer insights into strategic decisions
• Translate new brand positioning into actionable directives for cross-functional teams
• Provide guidance on brand identity to ensure consistent experiences across channels

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, with experience range valued over tenure
• Expertise in building and understanding brand identity within a product-driven environment
• Experience executing end-to-end brand builds, linking identity to messaging and product strategy
• Familiarity with brand intelligence functions, including AI research systems
• Hands-on management of a complex multi-brand portfolio, ideally in B2B SaaS sectors
• Strong understanding of AI-native brand architecture and its practical applications
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts

Pay

$141,300 – $184,475 annually
