Responsibilities
- Contribute to a diverse range of Brand Studio projects including campaigns and brand initiatives
- Establish and oversee the creative vision for the company’s growth channels
- Design paid ad creative in various formats while aligning with the brand narrative
- Utilize creative testing strategically to derive actionable insights for improvement
- Collaborate with growth marketing on campaign strategies and briefs
- Translate product UI into visual narratives for campaigns
- Create templates and systems to optimize creative workflows without losing craft quality
- Direct video production as necessary for campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual communication, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience
- A portfolio demonstrating a blend of craft and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Figma; experience in motion and video editing is a strong plus
- An understanding that effective growth creative aligns with brand identity
- An analytical mindset with a passion for creative testing and data-driven adaptation
- A strong communication skills for articulating decisions and receiving feedback
