Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a diverse range of Brand Studio projects including campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Establish and oversee the creative vision for the company’s growth channels
  • Design paid ad creative in various formats while aligning with the brand narrative
  • Utilize creative testing strategically to derive actionable insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with growth marketing on campaign strategies and briefs
  • Translate product UI into visual narratives for campaigns
  • Create templates and systems to optimize creative workflows without losing craft quality
  • Direct video production as necessary for campaigns

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual communication, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience
  • A portfolio demonstrating a blend of craft and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience in motion and video editing is a strong plus
  • An understanding that effective growth creative aligns with brand identity
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for creative testing and data-driven adaptation
  • A strong communication skills for articulating decisions and receiving feedback
